The GilDeane Group is proud to launch the current version of this website because it spotlights the redoubling of our effort to widen our services to you. In addition to our fifteen-year track record of providing you information on how to leverage diversity issues in the workplace (see www.diversitycentral.com) we now offer the expanded training and consulting services described on these pages.

We are not new to the training and consulting field. Organizationally, our track record is ten years old and some of our associates have been offering their services for almost a quarter of a century.
